Me and my husband gone to watch Fast X movie on 19th May at 10:05 PM show and was so excited for that book seat online. Our screen was 6 and seat number was K1 and K2. We were totally uncomfortable during the movie not able to seat property after giving 500 rs for one seat.

Very disappointed with the Cinema. If customer pays full amount you should be taken care for the basic needs of them.

Kindly repair that seat ASAP and request you to refund my amount back.
