Unreasonable Food Price - All Theater Multiplexes Cinemas

Last Saturday I went to see a movie in a nearby cinema. There was no permit to take any food stuff inside. Because of this, I had to buy food from the Food Court of Cinema. like everyone knows that cinema is charging unreasonable for minor popcorn at least. I mean what the hell is this how can they charge Rs.190 for Rs.10 corn. please do any legal action against this or if this is legal please clarify me,how?
