We have booked recliner ticket of Audi 3 with seat number 7,8 at 5 PM show on 1st Feb 26 but after seating on seat no. 8 I found that leg side recliner bend and after requesting to Manager he came to check after interval but middle of running movie and checking seat directly without taking female sitting person concern which is totally not acceptable and arguing to us that he cannot refund if we watch movie till end as he is disturbing us middle of movie so we go to meet him after completion of movie but he totally arguing. So it is my request to you take action against it.
