PAYTM Complain Money Deduct from saving Account even after fail transcation

With reference to above subject, i would like to inform you that my money has been deducted from my saving bank account on dt. 29.06.2018.

Then after next day i have trying to contact PAYTM but line continuously busy and after passed 1 hour Paytm Customer care representative put my call for listen and solve my trouble, but after listen all details from my side he cut my call suddenly.
