Side wall bulge complain to Appolo tyre

Hi ,

About 10 days ago i had purchased a Tata Tiago Xz car from agra and now i have seen a bubble in one rear tyre. What is this ??? Is it a new tyre ??? I went to Sagar tata service center noida and they gave me a letter and send me to Apollo authorised dealer sector 16. Apollo people said i have to raise a complaint by dialing a tollfree number which they provided to me and so i did. After raising a complain they said i have to wait for 48 hours and after 2 days i got a call from them and again i went to Apollo tyres sector 16. And just by seeing Engineer Deepak said this is not a manufacturing default its an impact this was a statement by your engineer i mean are you serious ???? I know its an impact or not if it would be impact then why bubble in the rear tyre it should be on front tyres . I was not statisfied and i asked them to open the tyre and there was no any impact thats why i am attaching an image of the same. Your engineer was constantly denying and asked me to sign on customer acceptance letter. This kind of service was not accepted from Tata and Apollo. have i done a mistake of buying a Tata car its not even a month and iam going through all these thing. It was not expected from such a big brand to provide a worst quality products and services !!!
