Poor quality of paint on swift car

Paint on bumper of 'Swift' car getting etched within 04 months. Sai service Vasco Goa saying "due to dash in the nearby area the paint has got cracked and etched. And etching will increase in the long run" The paint crack is easily seen not caused by scratch but due to poor quality paint or paint job.

Although they had promised warranty on painting but they are not accepting claim and giving vague explanations.
