I am owning a Hyundai Xcent car which was purchased in Mar’17 and after 50000 KM run it started creating issue of engine noise and sometimes RPM was increasing automatically. I have reported this concern at Hyundai Service center and after service they have returned the car stating that issue has resolved but after some time I again started facing this issue. I have submitted the car at Hyundai service center (PL motors Jaipur), 1st they have denied to repair the same in warranty. after all diagnose they informed that issue with engine and given the repair estimate of around Rs. 55,000/- but after all discussions they have check their system and told that warranty of your car is for 60000KM and car run was 58,000 KM so they agreed to repair the same in warranty. I have got my repaired from center after 15 days.
After getting repaired car from center it works fine for around 4000 KM and again started creating the issue of engine noise and RPM was increasing automatically. I again submitted (at around 63000KM) this car at Hyundai service center (Ganga Hyundai, Sikar) and after diagnose they also informed the same thing that there is issue with engine and given the repair estimate of Rs. 118988/- . it was quite surprising for me that within 5000KM after engine work done it starting creating issue and now the estimation value was more thn double from last repair so I can contacted the customer support team and requested them to look into this issue. After multiple follow-ups with Service center and customer support team, I got a contact number of Mr. Parnav Sharma (Area Service In-charge as per Service center). After multiple follow ups with Mr. Parnav Sharma, he agreed to repair the car in warranty but since this was the 2nd time engine break down so I requested him to engine replace instead of repair, He told that engine is not available and it will take around one month to get it replaced. As I was tiered of this issue, I agreed to wait for one month for engine replacement but after 25 days he has denied for engine replacement and told that your car is under repairing. But he assured that he will provide extended warranty of car as special case and he sending mail to concern team for the same. on this point I agreed but that is also denied by him after few days. Letter on he has informed that I will warranty of 10,000KM for any engine related issue. Since my car was in the workshop from more one month, I have collected the car with assurance from workshop and from Mr. Parnav sharma that there will be no issue in car.
Now from last few days again I am started facing engine noise issue and this time I have visited (around 68200KM) at Hindustan Hyundai, Jaipur. After car diagnose they again reported the issue in engine so I have informed them about the last service. They checked the details of last service and informed to visit at same service center or pay the repair charges. They denied to submit the car without approving the estimate. Now I have contacted Mr. Parnav sharma again the informed him about this issue. He has told to submit the car at this Hyundai center only and he will check the same. After all discussion they have submitted my car and given me the jobsheet also Mr. Parnav sharma has promised to check the same and resolve. After 2 days I have received a mail from service center with estimate and this time they have given the estimate of Rs. 99803.31/-. I am unable to understand what repair the last 2 Hyundai centers done in my car also when I checked the old estimate, I found that most of the parts are same which was given in old estimate. Now I am trying to contact Mr. Parnav Sharma from last 10 days but is not answering my call and I also contacted to the customer support team and raised a complaint (SR# 1-3538098408) but after multiple follow ups did not get any revert till date. Every time your team inform to get revert in 48 hrs/ASAP but all commitments are just to fool the customer nothing else. Even I have escalated this concern to twitter as well and got reply that concerned team will contact me but no has contacted me.
Hyundai team cheated me. Hyundai sold a faulty product to me and also spoiled my car that now in every 3000-4000 KM it broke down.
Kindly look into this concern and help to get this concern resolved at most priority and on permanent basis.
