Left stranded in an third city - no response/calls or messages

I am writing my personal experience where I was stuck with my family in Jaipur because of this Anil Mahajan (the main guy) and his driver (Virendra Rathore). He said please don't worry driver will come and pick you up. He took some advance and then after that NEITHER his driver or Anil Mahajan picked up phone and call. He did not reply his messages/whatsapp and they just left us stranded.

I called both of them 10-20 times and no response. We had to book another taxi to get out of there.
