i have purchased tata nexon from lucknow puneet automobiles on 14th december 2018 they told me that they will send my papers with t r within 10 to 15 days i can book my faiv. vip number so i booked online fancy number 0909 on 15th of december afterward they doesn't send my papers after my lots of request,complaint they even doesn't pick my call too they send me papers on 14th january 2019 nd i went to rto for my registration.....today on 19th jan 2019 rto employees call me nd gave back my paper saying that you are too late your fancy vip number duration has been expired and i lost my faivorate number and 3000rs also because of puneet automobiles i want my money 3000 back from puneet automobiles since i can't purchased car daily it was my choice to get 0909 number on my nexon.... i m very much frustated
