Dear Sir

Given my Honda Amaze diesel up32 ew 7652 car to stallion honda workshop lucknow

Want to claim minor damages in the car(via insurance) and then normal car service ,
car was given to them on 26/6/2016 i have the receipt, they took 45 days for redressel of claim, that also not proper.

When service turn came, they called me up and said that there is water in engine, white fumes are coming out and for that we need to open it up, and moreover warranty will not cover this

Sir after 2months having my car they told me this
when the car was given To them it was in good running condition, moreover the car is with 4years of honda warranty .

If the warranty does not cover damages done by water , still its their fault because i dont know where the water came from,
reminding that for past 1 and half months the car was with you ,and i have the proof and that simply means the cars given to them are not taken care off.

I have called honda india more than 100 times, and the record of which i can provide you in my phone bill.

Honda india requested me to allow the dealer to open up the engine to daignose the actual problem. Which the dealer already did.

Sir i have trailing mails and the corespondence i did with honda india
And can provide that to you as well

The estimate they have given me is verbal (1,20,000/-₹)

By the above illustration of events i hope you can understand that the fraud has been done with me

Where the consumer is suffering and the manufacturer and the dealer is msking fun of its powerlessness

I have all the conversations via mail and also that can be shown as proof

I am 64 years old senior citizen and driving car since 40 years. I have purchase more than 10 cars and not seen such poor response from any car manufacturer.

Please help sir i am dealing with a great deal of mental trauma and harrasment.

I bought the car approx 8 lacs and that is my hard earned money

Hope there is someone out there who can fight for a consumer
