i have given my ford freestyle car to servicing in ford service center but they always told part was coming from chennai but last month i have facing problem and regarding i aproacch to cusmer care and mail id sent mail regarding this but they dint given any satisfactory reply my concern is if ford not able to give custmer satisfaction to client then why they are lounching a car in market if they are not able to provide part which is required .
