I have given my car for repair to Mahindra First Choice, OM Sri Satya Sai Automotive, around early March 2016 and took around 5 months to get it completed. The initial amount quoted was Rs65,000/- and advance payment of Rs.40,000/- was taken as advance. The number of parts damaged got increased and the total amount went for Rs.124,000/-. The total amount paid on the day 23rd Aug 2016 was 1,15,000/- (with negotiation). On 23rd Aug afternoon took the car and drove to my office Kalyani Magnum , JP Nagar which is nearly 40 kms from Kadukodi. On the same day night while trying to start the car late evening by 10PM, it was failing. The battery ignition happens and further cranking happens , but the Engine will not pick up.
For 18 days of pleading to rectify my issue, requested to share the escalation email address on 10th Sep. On this, the Manager denied the service stating that will not support further and shouted to take care of the issue myself and do what ever I want.
I have spent Rs.115,000/- and waited 5 months to resolve my issue and drove only 40KMs. Request to get my money back.
