I have given my brand new RENAULT DUSTER(AWD)FOR wATER SERVICE AT FOCUS MOTORS,MANIPUZHA JUNCTION,KOTTAYAM. When the Car was returned after service, I have noticed that the service was not done Properly and there was scratches all over the body due to cleaning THE BODY WITH SOILED clothes. Further the UV PROTECTION FILM ALSO GOT DAMAGED DUE TO IMPROPER SERVICE. WHEN QUESTIONED THEY HAVE INFORMED ME THAT THE WATER JET MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THEY HAVE CHARGED RS 400 FOR SERVICE.
