I JITENDRA VERMA S/O SIYARAM OWNER OF THE VEHICLE -MODEL.BOLERO PICKUP CBC MS 1.3T .I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE REGARDING SERVICE I HAVE BEEN PAID EXTRA CHARGES DESPITE THE REMAINING FREE SERVICES . THE SERVICES CHARGES ARE AS ON DATED 03 JULY,09 JULY, 27 AUG 2020 (RS.117,RS.138,117) FROM THE AMIT MOTORS BRANCH NANPARA BAHRAICH . WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THE MATTER THE DEALER MISBEHAVED AND TOOK MY VEHICLE KEY AND THREATENED TO PAY THE SEVICE COST IMMEDIATELY . AND THE PART WHICH HE HAS REPLACED BROUGHT FROM BAHRAICH FROM MY OWN VEHICLE WHICH IS 140KM FROM MAIN BRANCH INCLUDING TOLL TAX WHICH I HAVE TO PAY THE TOTAL COST WHICH IS AROUND RS.1500 ....I M INFORMING YOU THIS BECAUSE I HAD BEEN WORST EXPIRIENCE IT TOTALLY DESTROYED THE IMAGE OF MAHINDRA COMPANY .. I REQUEST TO SIR PLZ PAY MY COMPUNSATION AND THE CULPRIT SHOULD BE PUNISHED ..
