Fraud Ola cab Service-Indore & driver's extortion: Totally Fad-up with worst experience.

Dear All,
Recently (28-06-2017), I visited Indore. I got cheated several time by Ola service and fraud drivers. I start my journey from Indore Airport to Dewas Naka and driver drop me in midway but Ola charged me the full fare then again I booked new Cab. I called to customer care but they didn't give me support on the same issue.

Then again I took Ola service support from Island to Soybean Research Center & I wasted my 45 minutes to book because approximately 9 drivers didn't come to my location but they were confirmed booking. Finally, I reached my destination after a lot of struggle.

Then again I book Ola cab from Soybean research center to Airport. The driver took 64 Minute for 8 Km distance. Driver (Rohit Tiwari) was very rude and he took 260 Rs cash while I was already paid the same amount by Ols Money he was also asking for the another 160 Rs as parking charge at the airport. The driver told me that he is the district leader of Bajrang Dal at Indore. I explain all things to the customer support of Ola but they didn't resolve above mentioned these issues. I suffer a lot of problems due to the driver's corruption and very bad Ola service at Indore. I am also informing the Ola user that immediately focus upon the listed problems and be aware. I wasted my money and time on the same day due to these corruptions. I am leaving my problem here. I will go to file legal complaints in concern police department if my problem did not resolve.
