major water leakage problem.
within Two years of purchasing Ford Figo Trend (petrol Model) i have faced many problems one after the other. i am cooperating the company every time. but in some time i need to use jack i came to know there is water in tank area under tyre. i was shocked because that water is not visible unless we open that tyre. also for a new car water leakage problem is not acceptable at all. as you know now a days cars have tubeless tyres so i didn't need the extra tyre. when i complained about this problem then company has blamed me that you might repaired this car. they told me every time to report the car at any authorized ford service centre and every time by hitting my job i had report my car to them. for your information i want to inform you that i am from Distt Una (H.P.) and their service station is very far from here that means i have to spent lot of money on petrol and reported the car many times. i have mailed them every time about my problems. and this time they had wasted my time. we had serviced our car at their mentioned service center. firstly they (S.C.) did not opened my job car they keep my car for about six hours. when they analysed the car they asked me that is your car is accidental repaired:? i was shocked because nothing like this happened till date. then i said no...then they said that car seems to be accidental repaired. one of the other For Service center tell us the same thing. but both of them refused to give this in written. i told them its OK repair my car if you take guarantee that this problem will not occur again they refused to take any guarantee. after that i have cross checked my car from outside car workshop. they tell me that you have purchased the repaired second hand car. they also said this may be a manufacturing defect or the dealership has repaired this car before delivery. by listening this i fee cheated and i was a victim of such a fraud whose responsible are Ford India Ltd. and Saluja Ford Mandi. both of them are not ready to accept their fault. and they are agree to repair the car for free. if they are not faulty then why are they offering repair for free of cost? if this might be a missing manufacturing defect i will definitely get the car repaired but i will not repair the already repaired car. why should i ? how my family is safe in such a defected car. because i did not know the exact status of the car what was the history of the car because every back joints has major gaps in them ant this is the point from where leakage is taking. that water is affecting complete car flour and their hygiene issues are arising which are affecting health etc.from last seven days they are fooling me by saying that we are arranging the site engineer who will visit you and see the problem and today they replied me that get a free repair of the car. without monitoring the car they are saying they are not faulty. for this accidental repaired car i have spent Rs. 7 Lakhs with interest. me and my family is not safe in this car. i had given much time to concerning company but they did not listen. so i have to contact you. in this whole process me and my was very upset and frustrated because till the date i had purchased this car i had faced many problems and i have proof for that.
i need a new car for which i had given payment and paying E MI's. i can not survive with this second hand car. i am attaching some pics which has been taken in their one of the dealership where they have checked the car.
