Don't mention about the breakpad complaint while service

This was a compliant about my second service.My Polo GT was given for 2 nd service Last month.. During the service they don't mention about the breakpad complaint.. Due to that I don't even know about the breakpad complaint until it was fully damaged.Now I want to pay approximately an amount of 10 k for that..It was the mistake of your service so I don't need to pay this much an amount..So I expect a favorable decision for this complaint.
