Denying Car Warranty Renault India and their respective Workshop in Chandigarh

Renault India and their respective Workshop in Chandigarh which is PMG Autos, is denying warranty of my vehicle.

My car is having both front and rear suspension problem but they are not covering it under warranty saying that it is not covered as such.

I have repeatedly requested them to provide me a written proof where I had agreed upon that it would not be covered under warranty. But instead of providing me a proof they are simply giving me a warranty rejection.

I talked to Renault customer care team as well but their Complaint Management Officer is also not providing me with the written proof. Moreover, their representative Mr Ujjwal is highly irresponsible person who (1) does not know how to talk to clients , (2) does not know the difference between guarantee and warranty. He told me that only electrical parts are covered but this is not written anywhere in papers available with me. My Warranty papers says that is a Complete Care Package. I hope they know what it means by the word 'Complete'.

I request Consumer redressal forum to please look into my complaint and they further request Renault India to provide me with documents on behalf of which they are denying my warranty otherwise ask them to kindly cover the problem under warranty.
