CrossRoads Service on wheel not done after taking payment

Hi Team,

CrossRoads had taken payment of 4129 with commitment to do service on wheels with multiple facilities including drycleaning, oil change and other multiple services. They had also committed to provide complete car care kit and automated air pump, 6 washings coupon and 4130 reward point.
After repeated appointments a mechanic came on Dec 20th but he did only minor checks and said that is the only one which he is supposed to do. Car care kit, automated air pump, washing coupon and reward point etc. haven't been given. After repeated complaints through phone and email, I haven't been able to get any response.
Accordingly, please refund Rs 4130 and also pay for the time investment I have had to make due to your inefficiencies. Also, ensure you stop giving wrong commitments.
