Car Toyota Airbag dashboard and CD player damaged at service center

I have given my Toyota Corolla for service at DSK Toyota Bawdhan center. As per the Toyota Airbag campaign they opened by the dash board and they couldn't fix the dashboard properly. There was opening thru which outside dust and bonnet light was coming inside. Post that I have taken the car 5 to 6 times to service center to fix the issue. Thy always create another issue. last time they have damaged the CD player and dashboard. photo attached. Most unfortunate is their customer care head and Service dept GM is so unprofessional that they are not even ready to accept the mistake and giving me baseless justification. I have complained at voc@toyota-kirloskar.co.in (compliant no: TCM0816196094, TCM0916200338) however the response from them is also very slow. Since last 5 days there is no update from DSK and Toyota has closed the initial compliant TCM0816196094 and today I called up and opened another complaint TCM0916200338. Never expected such kind of service and response either from DSK or from Toyota. I tweeted doth of them no response. Looking for complete fix of dashboard and sound system without any changes.
