Ola Cab Driver Charged Me Extra

I booked an Ola cab on 10th Dec 2022 The driver charged me an extra amount of Rs. 900. Total he charged Rs. 2740. I was continuously asking the driver 2-3 times to do not to take this route. But he was not at all listening to me.
He then drove the car to cng pump, which took 15 minutes due to the long queue of vehicles.
It was a horrible experience with him and I was with my wife and a 5 months baby girl. I had no option, except allow him to do whatever he said. I raised a complaint on ola support on the 10th and I got an email stating that they will refund me Rs. 804. But It's been 2 months, I am continuously chasing them for a refund. I have been harassed by them a lot and they played with my emotions and money all these days. Now I want the whole amount to be refunded for these harassments and mental agony. Seeking out a fast resolution and appropriate action.
