sold old and faulty car to me, Cheated/fraud by TATA Motors and Nawal Motor Mathura

I booked my Tata Tigor XM model from Nawal Motors Mathura Uttar Pradesh Tata Motors dealership on 29 Sep-19 and did the full payment with loan amount on 6th Oct-19.
When I booked Nawal Motor' manager said all the flattery thing about this car but he did not tell me that he will sell me the old model of Tata Tigor. How can sell me old model when I am buying it in oct-19.
When I took the delivery of the car I saw that parking sensor is not available in my model, I checked with your company brochure on your website, TATA motors mentioned that parking sensor is available in XM model. After this, Nawal Motors Mangar told me that Maybe TATA motor forgot to fit it in this model so he will fit it after few days in my new car after delivery.
I went with the manager and kept patience because I believed in TATA car.
But this thing create some confusion about my car that It is not the new model, because the I test drive had all the features in it but my car.
Even I got a broken rear window in my car for that also manager gave me assurance to fix it coming days. After so much in all these work in my car today I had argument with your dealership's manager. Even today he was not able to fix all the issue after his commitment in my car.
He told me that It is tata Motor problem your car does not have parking sensor in your car and I gave you an old model for a little discount but I did not get the discount as in promotional offer advertised by Tata Motors. Even this Nawal motors told me that Tata motors mentioned their dealership name without knowingly and Nawal motors does not have any kind of such offer.
What a pathetic and cheap dealership you have Tata motors.
They just do all false commitment and sold an old car on a new car price. Even Tata motors support them to that.
I just want to know, How it is possible in my car that parking sensor is not available when you mentioned in your car's brochure. It is means this is your fault and you are encouraging your dealers to sell that kind of product by any means. This is all a game to sell your old and faulty product to customers and ruin their lifetime investment.
TATA Motors & Nawal Motor Mathura did a fraud to me. I do not want this car any more. I want to file a case so that TATA Motors and Nawal Motor can see the pain of a customer who is been victimized by their product and service. I am just roaming back and forth from my home to the dealership for my new car issues for which I gave all my savings.
I will return it until you give me a new model car with all the features in my model. Even, I checked for everything, like payment receipt, extended warranty paper, your dealer does not bother about anything, I checked and asked for everything, I always waste my time for all this again and again.

Nawal Motors: I Want to file complain in the bank as well that I want to cancel my car loan for this faulty product. I do not want any loan for it.
