Overcharged and manipulated by OLA

The issue that I have experienced was: I took an outstation ride (round trip) on 31st, Dec, 2020 from Rammamurthy nagar to Bangarpet was charged at ₹3,562 and distance was shown as 308 kms whereas the average distance is only 120 kms (round trip) and would cost only within ₹2,000.
To enquire I called the customer care on 31st Dec, the staff said the generated amount was incorrect and the actual distance was 138kms and the actual amount was ₹1,800 (approx.) and I would be given a refund of ₹1700 (approx.). But, after no response from their end for several days and after my numerous phone calls, I was given a irresponsible reply that they would not refund or even reply to my query.
Also, at the end of the trip the driver (Shankarappa) had instructed me to make the payment to his personal Phonepay account and not through the app, which I did, but this did not reflect on my app, hence despite of making the payment I was charged ₹2,920 as outstanding balance in my Ola Postpaid (never consented for post paid). In spite of having the authentic evidence of UPI payment receipt, the driver and Ola, both refused my payment evidence.
Both Ola and the driver have cheated me, and overcharged me and yet I have an outstanding balance to be paid. Also, the Manager named Sudhanshu spoke to me irresponsibly and said he wouldn't resolve my issue in spite of having authentic evidence.
