I hv booked a olacbs on23/6/17 for travel from cantonment railway stn to chinnappanahalli main road. CRN NO, 813980522. MY Complaint no, 51778646 found no favorable reply, i hv requested for ₹35/- hub convenience charge. refunded .they hv refused to refund it, this charge is highly irregular, pl do d needed in the matter,

    now days ola is taking hub convenience fee while boolking. Eearlier it was not there. now suddenly introduced. due to this we have to pay extra rs. 35/- what is that ? why it has introduced? so many people asked to to refund but no response fro ola.
