I have booked ola cab on 29th April 2023, driver asked he had negative balance so he is cancelling the ride but he will drop me to the location and I have to pay him directly I his account. I agreed as he was in need. But he did fraud to me he didn't cancelled the ride. I paid him on his account and i see in the ola account showing outstanding balance which is absolutely unacceptable. I raised many ticket, tried to connect support team also dropped no. Of emails no response at all. Tickets are closed without any solution. I have the payment transaction details as well I have shared them as well but no response. I need outstanding issue should be resolved and want to put penalties on them so that such activities get stopped from both end driver as well as service provider
