Ola asking to pay extra money

Hi I had taken ride on 20th August the driver demanded cash of Rs 500 during the ride to fill the fuel. The final amount of the ride was 2178 and I paid 1676 via gpay as I had paid Rs.500 in cash. The payment mode on ola app was ola money which i could not change to cash during ride.

Now ola is charging that Rs.500 with late fee charges asking me to pay Rs900. I have complaint to ola several time but no action.
