I had taken a ride on 16th sep with ola auto, Auto CRN- 5595399103.This particular driver has taken cash from me as driver was denying taking payment through ola app after ther finishing of the ride, driver was confirming that i will not be charged through ola app as i was paying him .so i paid to the driver , but later on 17th morning when i was trying to book ola,i was getting notification that i need to pay yesterday ride fare.this is really unfair and need to clarify this.I am being asked to make the payment twice for the same ride .i was trying to call ola customer care but no number is getting connected which is available in google , no proper customer grievance cell, mobile number or email id is there for ola , even got one email id from google , so mailed to them but got revert which says this email id is not found or valid
