For a travel of less than 2 KM (Driver collected) AGB Layout to Chikkabanavara on 25th March,2022.- Charges to OLA Rs.272/=

At the same time, my wife was planning to visit some place urgently, due to so much discussion and exchange of words, she was forced to pay below money to OLA driver (Rs.272) as per below screenshot.

Seeking your urgent support with proper clarification without any further delay or calls.

apart from exorbitant charges, there was mental torture suffered due to non reaching our destination within prescribed time,
