Ola overcharged me twice

Ola overcharged me twice. Once they charged me 491 Rs additional for a ride taken in September 22, and another time they charged me 355 Rs extra in Jan'23.
I complained against this several times. They said they will refund the amount in 7-10 working days but it's been more than months now.

Their customer service executives are harassing me and not refunding my amount. They tell me that the amount will be refunded but not providing any tentative date or time.

I'm a middle class person working hard day and night but these frauds are taking my money unnecessarily and now wasting my time and mental peace.

I need resolution against this. These frauds need to be punished.
