I used ola postpaid service and then
cleared my dues in full.
Later i saw some pending
transactions which i was not aware
but did not pay attention as I was in a
hurry.
When I reached home, I realised that
the transaction from the postpaid had
no records. I even checked all my
bookings! There was no booking for
300INR
EVEN there is no record of any
payment done from postpaid or any
ride taken from ppstpaid after I made
full payments.
Now, you have charged me for not
making the payments? And calling
me for not making the payments

When I highlighted this incident on
mail with your team, they did not gave
me any clear explanation or
clarification why it has happened but
sending me repeated emails do
contact other department or follow
some steps which has no meaning
I tried to contact ola service through
twitter, Facebook and i Instagram but
got no response it has been almost
