Double money for ride with ola

In ola cab i have charged twice. Driver asked to pay the cash so i paid the cash to him but also paying via paytm.

CRN No. 5899453148
Drive Name - Ashish
Amount - Rs. 350/-

Driver Also ask for Rs. 50 Extra i also paid Rs 50

But till date ola company not refund my amount, every time i call customer care they told me technical error issue

Plz solve my problem ...
