Ola charged much more then estimated charges

This is regarding my ride with CRN 6929953220 dated 17-Dec-2022.the estimated fare was 378 during the booking. but as my ride was completed OLA charged me 578+30 (30 charged by the driver on phone pay by telling me this is the parking charge at the new Delhi railway station will be taken from me. I raised the issue with ola on the same day he returned 115 Rs as a coupon amount and promised to return the rest amount to the respective account. as 3 months completed, still I am waiting for the money. I raised complaints with ola many times. they are accepting to return but not providing NEFT details. Please do the needful, here I am attaching proofs for reference.
