SHREE LAXMI ENTERPRISES not refund/replace of product for over a month

we bought the sweat slim belt from a TV advertisement and got a bill from SHREE LAXMI ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO 41, JAIPUR.
We got defected product, we complained on TV advt . no they made us call to the no mentioned on bill which was wrong too. Then they made us call to another no. mentioned on the product packaged which is JAIN ENTERPRISES, JAIPUR. Now we are regularly calling them , they actually ask us not to call again and again because it will further delay thier service(I dont know how?) . They are never commiting on the replacement/refund of the product.
