No Reply regarding Refund from the Whaaky (Seller)

I ordered 4 cotton trouser online from Whaaky.com on 15/03/2016 with order no S801310650. The material which i received is not cotton and I am not satisfied with the product. I received product on 20/03/2016 around 12.00pm. I tried to call them but no one is attending my calls as well as no one is replying to my mails. They have a policy of raising complaint within 72 hours, i raised it before the limit. But nothing has happened. I want to return the product and need refund of the amount paid by me. I am mailing them since yesterday.
