delivered wrong product and fake company

I had delivered a wrong products and i m trying to contact them but they are not responding can you please help. I think i had been cheated of sum of RS 4040/-

    I have purchase t shirt on shopclues.com then it is delivered but this product is very bad quality & damage.Therefore I complaint to customer care of shopclues they told this product is not return and he does not give any discription about return polivcy and they show 10day return policy hence please help me because they have waste my time and money

    पिछले 2 साल से अधिक में और मेरे जैसे कई ग्राहक केबल टी व्ही DEN कंपनी की सेवाएं लेकर हर माह 200 रु का भुगतान करता हु।मगर कोई रशीद नहीं मिलती।इस एरिया के टेक्स अधिकारी से भी शिकायत की,मगर कोई संतोस जनक जबाब नहीं मिला और ना ही शिकायत ली।
    क्या हमसे लेकर सरकारी खजाने में टेक्स भारत है,समय पर और पूरी टेक्स की राशि।

    मेरे पास कार्ड दिया है।जिस पर डिस्टिब्यूटर का नोकर हाथ से लिखता है।क्या वो सरकार मान्यता प्राप्त है।
