I had ordered pants online last week from the above mentioned website and chose CoD option. I was given a confirmation call from the number mentioned on their website about the order. I checked their return/ exchange policy from the lady named A**** and she said you can return the product anytime and the money will be refunded in 48 hrs. When I got the product and paid cash for it, I didn't get any receipt, not any email or msg from the company on the order delivery and cash acknowledged. The moment I opened the product it was third class quality and substandard packaging- not at all as mentioned on the website! I called up A**** and she said she will respond. Today I have called up more than 10 times on the customer support number and no one picked up the call. Nor they are responding to any text msgs..I want a full refund of my hard earned money and warning other consumers not get trapped by this fraud company!!
