On 24/04/2016 I bought WERT Denim Jeans From Cyclone Retailing & Clothing Pvt Ltd,Shop No-1,Dehnoo Building (LEVIS),Dr.B.A Road,Parel Mumbai-400012 (Tel - 32455245)

I attach a copy of my receipt for your information.
I am writing to you because .....

The product is faulty and no longer works and/or
The product does not do what it is supposed to do and/or
The product is not as described with Correct MRP
Quality is weak.

On (21/05/2016) I rang and spoke to (Shop Owner) related quality of clothe(Jeans)even used single time material get spongy,rubbed and poor quality but they refuse for replacement.

According to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission’s website www.consumer help.ie, goods purchased from a shop or retailer should be:

Of acceptable quality
As described
Fit for its purpose
Corresponding to sample

Under consumer law1, my contract is with the seller of the goods and as such I am writing to you to seek ( Lots of customer get fruadent in future and it would be frustated)
