Complaint againt Jabong.com Alteration of the product received

I purchased a Nike Lebron Backpack from Jabong.com on 26th January 2016 order id-160126613667313 which due to some reasons i wanted to return so I initiated return and send them the backpack via Professional Couriers on February 17 tracking id-VPL509269777. After they received the package they replied that the product sent was wrong and had failed in quality inspection and the money couldn't be refunded. The product recieved by them was a roadside backpack while i send a legit one .Alteration of the product has taken place which has lead to my loss and neither the courier company nor the e-commerce website are taking responsibility for the alteration . Please help me resolve the issue
