My complaint regarding false advertisement and cheating money by buffersales website

I am Mahesh D. Pol practicing Advocate by profession having practicing in Bombay High Court, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India . I am hereby conveying my complaint regarding false advertisement and cheating of my money by buffersales website and consignee who had shown the advertisement of branded shoes i.e. Adidas of approximately R. 10,000/- but actually delivery me duplicate shoes of Indian made dakon of Rs. 399/-.

on 17/06/2016 while checking my facebook profile I have came across an advertisement of onlinestore great Indian sale of buffersales.com wherein the website shown the pictures adidas shoes of worth Rs. 10,000/- at the price of Rs. 899/- i.e. approximately 85% discounts. after verifying the shoes and pictures of the shoes shown in the said advertisement, I place an order for one pair of shoes at cash on delivery basis.

on 24/06/2016 I received a message from courier saying that my onlinestore shipment with AWB No. 706811251983 and order no. OID235544 is out for delivery. accordingly on same day the delivery guy delivered the said shipment at my house and accepted Rs. 899/- towards the same.

when I open the box I was shock and surprised to see local brand of shoes of dakon brand claiming to be bladed. The said shoes carried a price of Rs. 399/-. however what I had order was Adidas shoes of Rs. 10000/- at 899/-. believing that there is genuine mistake and wrong shoes is deliver to me, I immediately called courier customer service but their executive failed to provide any explanation comply consignee balaji & sales having mobile no. 8930733129, 8930733590 and 8930733638 alongwith other details whatever is available with you . if you failed to comply with aforementioned within 7 days i shall be force to take appropriate legal action against you and consignee and courier company for false advertisement, fraud, cheating offence in civil, criminal as well as consumer court, the cost and consequences of which you shall be solely liable, which please note.
