Transaction was successful but ticket not generated

I booked 2 second class tickets through UTS app on 21 JUN 23 from Indore Jn to Bhopal Jn costing Rs 200. Money was deducted from my phone Pay account but Ticket was not generated. Kindly help me to get refund.
