Do not book any event at this hotel! My recent experience was beyond terrible.

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. They mislead me during the booking process, and when I had to cancel my reservation, they refused to refund my payment. Furthermore, they pressured me to use their own vendors for events when I had my own setup. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise against booking with them in the future."

Overall, my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. They did not provide any kind of customer service whatsoever, and their business practices are extremely questionable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Spread the word - this hotel should not be in business.
