make my trip booking with invalid date

Booking Complaint Complaint Date: August 12, 2022
my booking done with invalid date and amount deducted 6625/- and no option for cancellation and no one on call center to recieve call
call center numbers are not responding with a person , these are auto calls and no booking done as per auto call center
i booked hotel for 13 to 14 aug on 12 aug 2022 but auto booked for 12th aug as invalid date to check in
no option is occuring online to cancel or modify date and no help from hotel side to modify/cancel, nobody is picking call on call center of makemytrip.com as these are auto answer numbers
i need help regarding mater
please do the needful
