I booked a Indane Gas refile last Wednesday and the refile booking was confirmed vide ref 2.002050848084. Invoice generated on Thursday last week. No cylinder delivery is carried out till date.

I received a message on Saturday about invoice generation again with the higher price. ( Rs 50.00)

Agency never intimated about the cancellation of the previous invoice. I didn't receive any notification on that too. If the gas distributer of his own cancel the invoice then Automated gas refile booking system is defeated. Unable to reach out to the agency over phone as no one pickup the phone call.

Since I don't have alternate to run my kitchen request your help on priority. At the same time pls investigate what made the agency to regenerate a new invoice.
