OYOROOMS - Didn't refund money after cancellation booking

I booked one rooms from OYOROOMS and paid money.I cancelled the booking and as per oyorooms email, They will refund my full amount in 7-14 working days.

OYOROOMS didn't refund my money even after 1 month and they deleted this booking history from their website and their customer care not giving any information about this booking and money refund.
