Club factory order was not place. same i have complaint to club factory customer care

sir i m order on parcel through club factory, while order amount was deduct but order was not place. same i have complaint to club factory customer care , they are asking my debit card details , as per bank rule this details need not to share to any one. without debit card they did not refund my amount. please help here.
