I booked a frock through Facebook by seller.
I choose two frocks rs. 1000/-then conformed to seller by cash on delivery. The parcel was delivered by eom express, I opened the percel nd shocked, seller send a old cloth. He dint give phone no also. How can I get my money rs. 1000/-.plz chase the fraud seller.
