We are very much disappointed with the room and hotel:

Unclean room
No HEATER (ready to pay extra charge)
Room with bad sting.
Surrounding is also unhealthy and untidy.
Rooms not as per photographs shown on website

So we didn't checked in and change to another hotel.

We feel ourselves as cheated and lots of other guests also feels the same but not having guts to point out the issue.
