UCO BANK AND PAYUMONEY transaction reversed but same amount does not credited in my account

Respected sir , I Ramesh Burnwal resident of Asansol, West Bengal, pin 713302 have an issue with PAYUMONEY a payment gateway and UCO BANK Asansol Railpar Branch. I had made a transaction through payumoney to purchase a test series from adda247.com of rupees 296.95 on 19th January 2018 but unfortunately my transaction had been failed but rupees rupees 297 had been deducted from my UCO BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER 32780110019474 by PAYUMONEY when I had contact paymoney then they told me that transaction had reversed and deducted amount had refunded by them but same amount is Not credited in my account. now I am in a big problem so please please help me and Refund My Money.
With this letter I am sending a photocopy of email of paymoney
