my self subhasish sarkar, son of ms. jayanti sarkar. my mother is a savings bank account holder with state bank of india, madyamgram branch bearing number 10618202640. atm card allotted to him by the bank is 6220180132900229064.

it is to inform that, i have tried to withdraw cash using above mentioned atm card from a state bank of india atm situated at no. 2, jessore road, kazipara more, nagerbazar, kolkata-700028 on 04-05-2017 at around 08:15pm [approx].

after entering password atm machine got hanged and was not responding. thereafter message was displayed at the screen of the atm machine that 'transaction timed out'. then i came out from atm premised assuming that the atm machine has problem. thereafter 08:28 PM i have received a sms from sbi that Rs. 20,000/- [rupees twenty thousand] has been withdrawn from the above mentioned account and such amount has been debited from the account too.

i have tried to withdraw cash from that atm but during my presence no such cash was come out from that machine. neither i have visited any other atm to withdraw cash nor i have given the said atm card to other person to darw cash thereafer on that day.

may i request you to interact and investigate into this matter so that i could receive the refund of such amount at the earliest.
