Bank manager denied to pay any money but i have a money in my Savings bank account

I go to bank today for withdrawn 3,000 Rs.but the manager say u can not withdrew any money because ; your son take loan from our bank when your son clear the loan or pay loan money than u can withdrawn money from our bank.

Sir is it a incredible india ? Where the bank harassed 90 years widow Women? My son take loan from bank but I don't take any loan from bank then why the bank denied to giving me my money .please take nessery action
